It is easy to hop around from page to page.  The red bands at the top of the screen are for most navigation.

Clicking on the title of the wiki (either Adopters or Members) takes you to that wiki's home page.  The same thing happens if you click on the word "wiki" in the upper right.

In the far right corner is a little magnifying glass.  Clicking it will let you search for any word or phrase that might be on any page in that particular wiki.  It remembers words you've searched for recently, which can be helpful.

If you click on one of the tag words listed on the left, you will automatically find all those wiki pages that have that particular word as a keyword.

Home Page Sidebar
On the wiki's home page you will find a little box on the right side of the window.  In it you will find links to frequently used pages (labeled as What's Hot) as well as links to pages that have be modified, called Recent Changes).

There are also little square, gray boxes that take you (after clicking on them) to a dynamic webpage that automatically updates itself whenever there are changes made to any webpage listed under What's Hot or Recent Changes.  (RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication.")  So this is s super simple way to tell if anything has changed since your last visit.  If you click on the gray box and then save the resulting webpage with a bookmark, you'll easily be able to keep track of changes.  Most browsers allow you to save a bookmark near the top of the browser window.  Many of them will automatically tell you (with a little number next to the bookmark link) how many pages, if any, have been changed.  Thus you can tell if there has been a change without even going to the site.  If there have been changes, the bookmarked dynamic webpage will list them for you. It's pretty slick and probably worth trying.
